Technical "Selling Manager" Role for Experienced Sales Professional

We're looking for a high-energy sales manager who can implement a productive standard sales process, lead by example, and sell software. You need to have a track record of managing a professional sales team in Business-to-Business technical sales in a competitive market. As a "selling manager" you will generate sales but mainly you will manage a team.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage existing experienced sales team and drive improvement and growth.
  2. Track inbound and outbound prospecting to all industries and target markets.
  3. Understand and manage all aspects of the sales cycle and prospect pipeline.
  4. Interview, hire, and replace sales professionals as needed.
  5. Explain and demonstrate E-Learning software and our online monthly e-learning service.
  6. Supervise and motivate sales reps, following company procedures and meeting quarterly sales objectives.
  7. Manage your team's sales pipeline and utilize our sales forecasting and tracking system.
  8. Lead by example by working with key prospects and conducting actual sales transactions.
  9. Meet company standards of honesty and integrity in dealing with prospects and customers.
  10. Our sales work is done via phone, Skype, Go To Meeting, faceTime, etc. It is not done via face-to-face contact or local networking. A very strong telephone presence is required..
