With AI Assist, you can generate learning content based on parameters that you select. You simply specify characteristics like prompt, desired response length, and perspective of the source.

For example, you could instantly generate a lesson on Corporate Finance from the perspective of an accountant, with a length of 900 words.

The prompt is what AI uses to generate content and responses, along with the other parameters. You can adjust your prompt and the other parameters and generate your training content several times until you are happy with it.

Naturally, you can augment, edit, or delete this generated training content at any time using the normal FlexTraining tools.

AI Narrations

Create audio narrations for any lesson or screen in your courses

An audio narration can give your learners a big boost in the transfer of knowledge. With AI Narrations, you can generate a narration at any time for any lesson.

You can mix and match narrated lessons with non-narrated lessons.

This flexible AI tool allows you to specify the desired accent, gender, and tone, such as upbeat, business-like, or authoritative.

Your narration will be automatically assigned to the lesson you are working with and saved in your FlexTraining audio library.

Like everything else in FlexTraining AI, this feature allows you to change your mind later and regenerate or delete any narration you create.

With AI Illustrate, you have a totally integrated image creation solution. AI image generation has come a long way in the past year or two.

It has always been possible to have AI create images on external websites, save the images, and add them to FlexTraining.

Now you can generate your images directly inside FlexTraining AI and have the images automatically stored in the correct FlexTraining library.

Authors and training developers need the flexibility to revise and replace visual content throughout the course catalog at any time, and that is provided.

You can also mix and match images from other AI sources, traditional sources, and images created by AI Illustrate.
