Hi, I'm Mic Delaney I have worked in Sales and Operations Management for 15 years and have performed my fair share of authoring, delivering, implementing, and managing training materials and processes. I have watched training delivery systems evolve from the old 3 ring binder to a powerful multimedia online training center, as with FlexTraining. One thing is crystal clear: those organizations that genuinely care about employee training and make it a priority, are BY FAR the most successful and evolved organizations.
